Ways to get involved
Customer engagement groups
We’re currently recruiting residents for our customer services committee, customer council, regional panels and tenant & resident associations.
Becoming a resident volunteer is a great opportunity to develop new skills. If you join a group you will receive training and support to help you succeed in your role.
Getting involved is also a great way to meet new people. We run groups across many different regions and areas.
Your time and commitment is important to us. Some roles come with remuneration or meeting expenses. If you take part in one of our research activities, you may get a small thank-you gift voucher.
